Aki is a stark style that sits lower down on the bridge of the nose. Medium wide, but vertically slim. Like all our frames, the Aki is crafted by hand using environmentally-responsible materials and practices.

Colour
Our Chocolate acetate has a rich, deep brown color. It is a warm and earthy hue, resembling the color of melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder. Just like our other acetates, it is 100% biodegradable and made from organic color powder mixed with raw cellulose acetate derived entirely from vegetable origins. All Chocolate styles are available in limited quantities.
Lens
The red hue in brown lenses improve depth perception and enhances contrast. This lens is a category 1, meaning it is not ideal in very sunny conditions, but great in overcast or even to give your eyes a bit of extra support indoors. All our lenses feature anti-scratch and anti-reflective treatment with 100% UVA/UVB protection. Made by renowned German lens- and optics manufacturer Carl Zeiss.
